Unfortunately, DView does not read illuminance map data. The Radiance measure produced by the OpenStudio dev team at NREL was designed to work with the (deprecated) ResultsViewer application, and there has been zero support for it since about 2016. If you wish to view/plot the spatiotemporal illuminace map data generated by the OpenStudio Radiance Daylighting Measure, you'll need to roll your own solution.

Your follow-up notes correctly point out that the SketchUp plugin, which contains tools to place the lighting analysis objects needed for the Radiance measure to work, is not supported in the latest version(s) of SketchUp. If you sense a catch-22 situation, you would be correct...
