Hi CY_BH,

  1. The availability schedule is when your equipment is available. It doesn't necessarily mean anything is running - It just means the equipment is available to run. When the availability schedule is zero, the unit is bypassed.

  2. An Operating scheme refers to how the equipment operates. This may differ between equipment and systems, so please refer to I/O reference. https://bigladdersoftware.com/epx/docs/8-0/input-output-reference/page-023.html#operation-schemes-plant-and-condenser
