OpenStudio can export an SDD file which can be imported into CBECC-Com. However, the current export still requires significant data re-entry using CBECC-Com. There are plans to improve the SDD export from OpenStudio to reduce the amount of data re-entry in CBECC-Com. The first improvement of this export was the introduction of a CBECC material template OSM. If you use these materials in your OSM they will be exported in your SDD file, here is a tutorial. We plan to continue improving the export by supporting space types and HVAC in future releases.
There is also a web tool under development that provides an interface to do Title24 analysis using the simplified geometry approach. However, I'm not sure what the release schedule for that is. I'll let @ljbrackney chime in about that.
