1) The measure is self contained and there is no need for any other supporting data from the BCL.
2) If you have defined plenum spaces in the model, set the plenum space type argument of the measure to the name of the space type assigned to your plenums. In this way the measure will know which spaces are plenums and connect the associated zones up properly as opposed to turning them into conditioned zones. If your model does not have plenums then leave the argument blank.
