I'm not sure why the SU script isn't working, but will your workflow/project allow you to work in OpenStudio instead? If so, I would suggest the Set Window To Wall Ratio By Facade measure using the Apply Measure Now feature. It will apply the WWR across all exterior surfaces on a given facade which will save time if the model has several spaces.
