AirflowNetwork:ZoneControl:PressureController should work within the airflow network model, see example file AirflowNetwork_PressureControl.idf.
With the base HVAC system simulation (no airflow network) the return air flow can be controlled using AirloopHVAC "Design Return Air Flow Fraction of Supply Air Flow". Or by using ZoneHVAC:EquipmentConnections "Zone Return Air Node 1 Flow Rate Fraction Schedule Name" or "Zone Return Air Node 1 Flow Rate Basis Node or NodeList Name". These methods will reduce the amount of return air and the remaining air flow will be assumed to exfiltrate. If you want the zone infiltration and/or mixing flows to automatically balance the excess supply air, then add ZoneAirMassFlowConservation.
