The openstudio-standards library is intended to create OpenStudio models of the DOE prototype buildings. It is maintained by both PNNL and NREL. You can make prototype models using the Create DOE Prototype Building measure on BCL.

The openstudio-standards library is intended to create OpenStudio models of the DOE prototype buildings. buildings (non-residential). It is maintained by both PNNL and NREL.

For residential buildings, I'm not aware of any updates to the models you've linked to. Depending on your application, you may want to use ResStock instead. Documentation here.
