It should be possible to connect Refrigeration:AirChiller to a secondary system. Reference the Refrigeration:AirChiller name in a Refrigeration:CaseAndWalkInList object, and reference the list object in Refrigeration:SecondarySystem.
See example file SupermarketSecondary.idf for a working example with a secondary system. Then try adding an airchiller to that.
