Read the warnings and info messages that show when you run the 'Create Baseline Building' measure.
If there is an error in apply the measure, it will show up. The measure is listed as BETA, because it hasn't been widely tested, and there are some aspects of ASHRAE 90.1-2010 that are not supported including adjusting exterior lighting, fan power allowances for MERV filters, and refrigeration equipment adjustments, among others. The list of issues and what isn't supported is listed in the info messages when you run the measure.
As for the fenestration type error, you need to tell the software what sort of fenestration type to assume when it looks up standard values:
