I am not aware of an FMU export facility in NiagaraAX. NiagaraAX doesn't show up on the list of FMI supported tool either (https://fmi-standard.org/tools/). Few years ago, we prototyped an import interface for FMUs for co-simulation 1.0 which worked. However we couldn't complete and release the code publicly because of lack of funding.
