None of these should sum to 8760. "Unmet Clg" is all unmet cooling hours (occupied and unoccupied - not just unoccupied). "Unmet Clg - Occ" just includes hours in which there are occupants (as you likely inferred). So, it is reasonable for these to sum to a value greater than 8760; however, neither of these values should exceed 8760 and "Unmet Clg - Occ" should always be less than or equal to "Unmet Clg." Does this make sense?
