Unmet hours are the sum of hours when the zone air temperature is outside the zone setpoint temperature deadband and additional unmet hours tolerance. Occupied unmet hours are unmet hours when the zone has non-zero occupancy.
In your model, the zone has 7400 hours where the zone air temperature is above the cooling thermostat setpoint plus the unmet cooling hours temperature tolerance. Of these 7400 hours, 2947 hours occur when the zone has non-zero occupancy.
