If I understand your question correctly, here's one (untested) option to try. The boiler loop supplies hot water to ZoneHVACBaseboardConvectiveWater and HeatExchangerFluidToFluid objects. The SHW loop is heated by the HX from the boiler loop and a WaterHeaterMixed object.
