The "SS-D Building HVAC Load Summary Report" should give you building + outdoor air. There will be some other HVAC-related loads baked into that report as well (i.e. fan heat, heat recovery/economizer savings, etc.), but it should be pretty close to what you need.

If you're looking for actual 8760 hourly results, I'd look under the "Building HVAC" Variable Type in a Report Block. "Building cool load (coils+losses&gains)" / "Building heat load (coils+losses&gains)" should be what you're looking for, albeit with the same caveats from above.

There's just too much going on in the SS-D reports to accurately pull out ventilation loads alone. The post-processing approach may be your best bet, although it might be a bit cumbersome.cumbersome.
Alternately, you could try something like setting your ventilation load to zero and then subtracting the results from the model with mechanical ventilation. But you'll still want to do some post-processing, as there may be times where mechanical ventilation is helping certain zones and you don't want to take credit for it (basically acting like a partial economizer during certain hours even when you have your ventilation control method fixed).
