As to @Julien Marrec's request for a full list of privileges, here it is:

• Upvote: 1
• Downvote: 100
• Answer your own question immediately: 15
• Accept your own answer: 20
• Flag a post as offensive: 20
• Delete comments posted by others: 500
• Delete questions and answers posted by others: 1000
• Upload images: 10
• Retag questions posted by others: 200
• Edit posts authored by others: 200
• View offensive flags: 200
• Close and reopen questions: 500
