I quote from Energy Star website: " Essentially, the EUI expresses a building’s energy use as a function of its size or other characteristics" So I guess that installing PV will not change your energy use. On the other hand you should be able to see the total energy production of your PV in several places of the energyplus report; For instance you could search for table labeled Electric Loads Satisfied were Total On-Site Electric Sources are listed.
