Coil:Water:Cooling can be used to move heat from an air stream to a water loop. You could put the coil (and controller) in the OA system after the transpired collector. It may take some trial and error to get the loops and controls working for this application. One approch would be to add separate plant loop with this coil on the demand side and a HeatExchanger:FluidToFluid on the supply side. The other side of the heat exchanger could replace the demand side outlet pipe in the domestic hot water loop after the WaterUse:Connections object(s) or go in series after the pump on the supply side of that loop - not sure which will work better. Note that the water leaving a WaterUse:Connection object in a plant loop is at the mains temperature.
