In the library section of the thermal zone tab in OpenStudio there is a group called Zone Ventilation Design Flow Rate. This object will translate to the EP ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate object which allows you to model natural ventilation. The fields of interest to you might be the minimum and maximum outdoor air temperatures to allow the ventilation to occur.
