Run the Space Type and Construction Set Wizard or the similar script multiple times specifying a different building type each time. This will add the space types for all of those building types into your model.
Or alternatively you can use 'Load Library' under the file menu and open the building type you want. Drag those space types into your model, then load the next building type and drag those space types over. Repeat as needed.
