No, this is not going to work in current EnergyPlus. There is development work going on to add a feature for central outdoor air system serving multiple airloops, but that will be for a future release (https://energyplus.uservoice.com/forums/258860-energyplus/suggestions/9674514-modeling-doas-to-ahu).
At this point you could do either one single huge airloop, if all the floors are running similarly, or one airloop per floor, if there are some big difference in the individual floor AHU operating conditions.
