@Yan, The file you sent was a one space model that already had a daylight control in it, but it wasn't hooked up to a zone. If you run this measure it see's that the space already has a daylight control, and leaves that space alone. It assume that any sensors in the starting model were already hooked up how they should be, and it doesn't change them.

Here is what the measure log looks like.

Next I altered your model so it doesn't have a daylight control to start with. Here is the log from that measure.

I ran a simulation to confirm that it was functioning as expected. It shows Schedule Load Hours/wk of 61 and actual of 13. So it seems to be working as expected.
