Have a look in your Tree tab in the Run Simulation screen of OS. Then click on the Workflow Description which will populate the right panel and look for "eplusout.err". That will give more information about your errors. Other than that I might suggest make sure your epw and ddy weather files are still linked. I've had times where the link(s) have been lost for reasons unknown and I'd discover it after a failed simulation, re-establish them, and run again with no problems.
