I'll let the development team correct me if I'm wrong, but here's what I think happened:

• This was present in plugin since the beginning. This is still in the OpenStudio legacy plugin.
• At some point it just disappeared altogether
• And reappeared as the "view data" measure in OS 1.9.0. You should check out this video instead for something more current.
