You may want to look at discrete window wwr user script for SketchUp Plugin that Mohammad Heidarinejad made, it has window width and height as arguments. It looked very cool but I haven't had a chance to test it out. Maybe some arguments like number of windows or wwr can be left blank?

Maybe some arguments Looks like while there is wwr argument it currently uses the number of windows or vs. the wwr, but it could be adapted to make a target wwr can be left blank?and it would pick the closest number of windows to hit that.

It looked very cool but I haven't had a chance to test it out. Looks like while there is wwr argument it currently uses the number of windows vs. the wwr, but it could be adapted to make a target wwr and it would pick the closest number of windows to hit that.wwr.
