The Installation Instructions do not mention that OS 1.5.0 is compatible with Windows XP so that's probably your problem.

The Installation Instructions do not mention that OS 1.5.0 is compatible with Windows XP so that's probably your problem. Also, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.
