It's a bit odd, but the standard OpenStudio reporting measure for 1.9 has a checkbox for each section you see in the outline. Because we sneak this measure into your workflow without showing you, you don't have the option to turn them off. Hopefully we can address that in the future, but for now if you download your own copy of that measure from the BCL it will have a unique ID. That will all you to manually add it into your workflow as shown on our documentation page.

Unfortunitally you will end up with both the full copy of the report and the short copy with some sections turned off. Not an ideal solution, which is why we should eventually expose the user arguments to you for the main measure.
