@vserge. It certainly is possible to create localized versions of applications. However, I don't believe OpenStudio is set up for localization right now (i.e., the UI string resources are not factored out into a separate library) and this task is not currently high on the priority queue. And even once this work is done, language-specific resources have to be created.
