I know that this isn't quite what you are looking for but, have you looked at DOE's website? You can download typical residential models here and you can download weather file for Australia here (you need to convert them to the EPW weather file format using the WeatherConverter that comes with EnergyPlus). Then you could keep going by changing the thermal performance of the envelope and the efficiency of the HVAC equipment according to the local code.
