@Aung I followed the severe error message and changed the thickness of alminum panel from 0.002m to 0.4m. The R-value of the alminum panel is increased by (0.4[m] - 0.002[m]) / 210[W/mK] = 0.001895[m2K/W]. I regarded this as negligible.
If you want to cancel the increased R-value of the alminum panel, one approach I've come up with is to increase Hydronic Tubing Conductivity in ZoneHVAC:LowTemperatureRadiant:VariableFlowDesign.
Another approach is to increase the convection coefficient of the alminium panel surface by using SurfaceProperty:ConvectionCoefficients, but the convection coefficient is not constant . For the default TARPalgorithm for example, it depends on the temperature difference (Ref. EngineeringReference). So, overriding the convection coefficient with a constant value may not be accurate.
