I have developed Excel sheets which make curve derivation fairly simple for DX coils, air-cooled chillers and VRF. I have not done much with detailed manufacturer information, but have some preliminary sheets for that. too. I suspect that adapting them for water-cooled chillers would be "not too difficult" Since the sheets use macros and make a variety of (reasonable) assumptions, please contact me at my email (jvdirkes2@protonmail.com) for a copy and more details.
