@Anurag_G ASHRAE 90.1-2019 Addendum bd provides Normative Appendix J with chiller performance curve coefficients. The appendix is incorporated in ASHRAE 90.1-2022. For Appendix G PRM, I think it is also applicable to ASHRAE 90.1-2016 as the chiller minimum efficiecny hasn't changed. Although I haven't validated all the coefficients in the appendix, it is an official release.
For ASHRAE 90.1-2013 or earlier versions, I adjust the chiller performance curve coefficients manually with my Excel sheet to meet the minimum COP and IPLV requirements. FYI, EnergyPlus can output chiller IPLV at AHRI test conditions correctly since V23-1-0 (#9830), which is used for double-checking.
