@Adrià González-Esteve, looks like you're comparing:

  • E+ reported (centre-of-) Glass U-Factor vs ASHRAE Assembly U-Factor
  • E+ reported (centre-of-) Glass SHGC vs ASHRAE Assembly SHGC

Yet the E+ reported Assembly U-factor and Assembly SHGC numbers (in blue) seem to match:

SHGC (25%) has remained pretty constant (at least for fixed fenestration) over several 90.1 editions - they seem to match here.

Unsure which 90.1 version you're looking into (e.g. 2010? 2016?). But the E+ reported Assembly U-Factor results seem to match 90.1 2016 requirements (or earlier) for nonresidential, CZ 3C (once rounded):

Hope this helps, Adrià.

Maybe double-check that you're comparing the same 90.1 versions (e.g. 2010 vs 2010, 2016 vs 2016)?

Note that E+ is listing the subsurfaces as NFRC type "curtainwall" ...

Hope this helps, Adrià.
