Start typing "data" in the UMH search box: dozens of relevant hits should pop up. Some are old (~10 years), yet they reveal many underlying assumptions, and useful feedback/pushback from users. I suggest going through the OpenStudio-Standards LargeDataCenterLowITE module, which relies on the EnergyPlus ElectricEquipment:ITE:AirCooled class. I believe the solution is largely based on the methodology described here.
