I am experiencing this issue as well. Creating the material from scratch doesn't take too long.

Here are the same properties converted to IP:

Brick - Fired Clay - 4 in. - 130 lb/ft3 Roughness: MediumRough
Thickness (in): 4 Conductivity (Btu-in/hr-ft2-F): 7.076874 Density (lb/ft3): 130 Specific Heat (Btu/lb-F): 0.188815
