That console has log messages for the PAT application itself. What you want is the actual datapoint simulation logs, since you are trying to debug individual datapoints.
For algorithmic mode, this slide deck has some debugging information in it.
For manual mode, find the datapoint run directories in your PAT project folder and use the logs and .err files there.
