The current version of the OpenStudio Results measure on BCL requires OpenStudio v3.8.0. Version 1.7.2 of the OpenStudio Application uses OpenStudio v3.7.0.
You will either need to use the OpenStudio Application v1.8.0 pre-release, which uses OpenStudio v3.8.0, or download an older version of the OpenStudio Results measure on the measure page on BCL.
