Good question. The HVAC system starts up at 0900 with high latent load (ie. outside drybulb is low, humidity is high). HVAC system gets humidity and temperature under control and begins steady state operation. Later in the day, right before the HVAC system shuts down at 1800, humidity begins to increase, so the HVAC system latent load increases.
