recovering old results files
Is there any way to recover old results.csv files or anywhere results.csv files from previous runs are stored?

I don't believe so. Every time you run a new analysis in PAT, the contents within your localResults folder is emptied out, which the includes the results.csv. To account for this fact, I've been saving my results.csv's onto my local machine after every successful analysis with PAT tool.
