OpenStudio:

Window Fan & Plugin AC - can I combine temperature setpoints and occupancy schedules to control plugload HVAC units and window fans? If so, how?

They have to be separate schedules. My recommendation would be to write a measure to generate setpoint and equipment availability schedules based on your occupancy schedules.
