How to define a virtual interface which has the funcation of air exchange and transparency between two zone in E+?

In fact ,there is a opening between two zones in my model, and I hope this opening has the funcation of air exchange and transparency. So, I draw a open area in SU between two zones, but the result is unsatisfactory. So I want to know how to modify this model to make the result more reasonable.
