I installed OpenStudio 1.11.0 but it will not load in SketchUp 2016. I go to Preferences->Extensions and click on OpenStudio but nothing happens. I have not had this happen before, does anyone know what is going on?
Unfortunately we did not update the OpenStudio plugin's SketchUp Extension Signature before the 1.11.0 release. Therefore, SketchUp 2016 will think that OpenStudio is an unsigned extension. You can get SketchUp to load unsigned extensions by going to Preferences->Extensions Policy and selecting Unrestricted.
Alternatively, you can update the signature with the correct version by updating the contents of 'C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2016\SketchUp\Plugins\OpenStudio\OpenStudio.hash' with the correct signature .
