Modeling a PTHP/PTAC IN BEopt 3.0.1.0

I am working on modeling a multifamily apartment unit that utilizes a GE HOTPOINT AHHS09D3XXA packaged terminal heat pump in BEopt 3.0.1.0. I am running into the following issues accurately modeling this equipment in BEopt since there is no direct PTHP/PTAC option:

• This equipment utilizes ANSI/AHRI 310/380 rating standards (EER/COP), but both the ASHP and MSHP option in BEopt use SEER/HSPF ratings
• The HOTPOINT has a single speed rotary compressor. The MSHP in BEopt are modeled as variable speed. While the ASHP has a single speed compressor option, it needs a duct input which this equipment does not have since it is thru-wall

Does anyone have a suggested approach on how to model this accurately?
