Modelica: single family house model validation [closed]

Hello, I am a beginner in Modelica. I am trying to model a single-family house using Modelica with buildings library. Further, compare the results with EnergyPlus, but the heating loads do not match well. (Specifically, I am comparing the output from modelica preHea against the EnergyPlus Zone Air System sensible Heating rate) I am aware of the co-simulation approach with EnergyPlus using Spawn, but my goal is to implement the model purely within Modelica.

I would appreciate any advice on what I might have missed or done wrong in my modeling. Thank you in advance.
