DesignBuilder Result viewer with tm54 data doesn't launch

Hi, all. I am using DesignBuilder and I did a simulation with the TM54 data available in the options tag. I read that for seeing this data you need to see using the result viewer so I tried to open this viewer and I found 2 dialog warnings that was saying: Exception loading file: system message is: "the lenght couldn't be below 0. Parameter name: Lenght" Then if I press enter another dialog appears, saying: Part of the access path could not be found: c:\user.... eplusout_ds_eplstbl.htm. I have tried to launch Result viewer without the tm54 data and anything was fine. I appreciate any help in order to solve this issue.
