Model ceiling fan in modelica Buildings

Hi all, I want to perform simulation of zone where HVAC and ceiling fan work together to ensure comfort. Outside any modeling framework, i can establish a simple relation between fan rotation velocity, air speed below fan (considered homogeneous...) and load. I want to plug this model into Modelica-Buildings. I feel that the proper way will be trough adding an given amount of airspeed to the thermal zone (Energy plus or mixedVolume). Have you some advice on a proper way to do it ? Cheers
