I am fairly new to energy modeling and have been utilizing open studio to model larger multifamily buildings with central systems. I have been using the free government site "Asset Score" to create base models and then downloading the Open studio energy model that the site creates when it scores the building. After downloading said model, without making any changes besides adding in the weather file, I receive the same error every time (pasted below). There is an issue with the recirculating water heater in that it doesn't seem to have any operation scheme assigned to it. From my understanding the operation schemes are defaulted measures on Open Studio and the only way to directly edit them is through an API. Is there any other way for me to solve this within Open Studio? If anyone has any insight into defining operation schemes or working Open Studio models out of asset score your advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
