How do I connect an Air loop to an air-to-water heat pump in design builder?

I am currently modeling the heating system and have encountered some difficulties. The studied house includes a ventilation heat pump system with underfloor heating. My main issue is that when I define the air-to-water heat pump in the software, it is still displayed as a water loop, and I am unable to connect it to the air loop (ventilation).

@Ati4745 is the heat pump meant to heat and/or cool the ventilation air by interacting with a water loop? If so, that would be a water-to-air heat pump.

It is a NIBE F470 ventilation heat pump, which is a combined system providing ventilation, space heating, and domestic hot water. In this system, the extract air from the bathroom and kitchen passes through the evaporator, where heat is recovered before the air is exhausted from the house. I need to represent this process accurately in my DesignBuilder model.
