Refrigeration water cooled condenser [deleted]

Hello Everyone, i am trying to simulate a water cooled refrigeration system using E+ then use the rejected heat to heat water and use it, i created a seperate condser loop with a heat exchanger and pump then it's connected to the refrigeration water cooled condenser and the other part of the heat exchanger connected to separate loop for heating the water the simulation run without severe error but the condenser loop flow is 0 and flow rate is zero what could be the problem i checked all the setpoints and it seems reasonable. thank you in advance for your support.
