PAT error "complete datapoint failure"

Hi, I was trying to use PAT for a parametrics analysis of a openstudio file. I downloaded the version PAT 3.9.1 and I used a seed or openstudio file from the openstudio version 1.9.0. I get an error that says "complete datapoint failure" A few months ago, I could use PAT after this same error appeared and now the error is back. Please, if someone know about this error, I appreciate any help C:\fakepath\pat.png
