Can I tune internal variables using Python-Plugin?

I'm trying to understand if it is possible to tune the internal variables, such as surface temperatures, using the Python plugin for co-simulation. I have a model for a special roof solution that requires external modeling due to its complexity. However, I tried using the FMU method, but it was not possible to simulate properly.

Hello Rafael, I hope you're doing well. Were you able to solve the problem? Also, could you let me know which tool you used for the roof simulation? Thank you!

Hello Yapan! Thanks for your comment. Instead of using EnergyPlus, we decided to use other BEM software (HULC tool from the Spanish Government, which is not the most versatile tool but offers the possibility to couple special elements). The roof model was developed in Fortran.

Hello, Rafael. Thank you for the information. Hope the HULC tool worked well for you.
